Registration Info

OMGHA 2011-12 Registration is closed for all levels EXCEPT Junior Gold and U19. Please check back in the Spring for 3 on 3 & in August for 2012-13 Season Registration.

REGISTRATION INFO

 ONLINE REGISTRATION FOR 2011-12 IS CURRENTLY OPEN ONLY FOR JUNIOR GOLD AND U19.

You must have a 2011-2012 USA Hockey registration confirmation number to register with OMGHA!

All new players must furnish a copy of their government-issued birth certificate before registration is complete.  Please mail to the appropriate address below.

  Please register your player(s) first with USA Hockey at www.usahockey.com and then with
OMGHA at www.omgha.com; go to the Registration Info page.

IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFO

 USA HOCKEY REGISTRATION NEEDED EVERY YEAR!!
BOTH PLAYERS AND COACHES MUST FIRST REGISTER WITH USA HOCKEY AND RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION NUMBER BEFORE YOU CAN REGISTER WITH OMGHA.
COACHES, PLEASE REGISTER UNDER THE "COACH INFO" TAB ON THE LEFT. 
Please also check the "COACH INFO" tab for coaching requirements.  All coaching documents (including background checks, which are needed every year) should bent sent to the OMGHA Registrar--see contact info above.

PAYING WITH VOUCHERS

If you are paying with vouchers, please contact the registrars about registration.

2011-2012 Registration Costs

An additional $50 fee will be applied to the registration costs noted below to all returning travel age OMGHA players registering after September 10, 2011.

VOLUNTEER POLICY

By registering for OMGHA hockey, you confirm that you are aware of our OMGHA Volunteer Policy.  Click on the VOLUNTEER tab for more info.

CANDY BAR FUNDRAISER/BUYOUT OPTION

All players are required to participate in the candy bar fundraiser OR select the buyout option. Fees are due with registration and candy will be delivered when teams are formed.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE PROGRAM

OMGHA now has limited funds available for financial assistance toward registration fees for qualified applicants. Applications are available online or by contacting the OMGHA Registrar (see info above). All requests are kept confidential.
