Be a part of the exciting 31st Annual 
OMGHA Scholastic Achievement Award ceremony!

WHEN: Monday, April 29th, 7:00 PM
WHERE:  Lord of Life Lutheran Church

The Scholastic Achievement Award program honors those OMGHA hockey players, 10U/Squirt level and above, that achieved a 3.0* or higher grade point average during the 2018-2019 hockey season. The award ceremony will be held on Monday, April 29th and will begin at 7:00 p.m. with a short program.  All OMGHA hockey players who qualify, and their guests/parents, are invited to attend. 

Please click HERE to review eligibility requirements and to access the application link.  All applications will be submitted on-line this year.  Make sure you have saved a copy of your players report card to your PC before filling out the application as you will need to upload it.  Incomplete applications will not be accepted.  The deadline for applications is April 12th, mark your calendar now as late applications will not be accepted.
