OMGHA has partnered with N1 Motion to offer a quality experience in preparation for next season. This is a great way to equip your athlete(s) with the tools they need to develop their strength, power, speed, agility, mobility, conditioning, and injury prevention. The program will consist of 16 sessions, 2 days per week, 1 hour per day, with up to 20 players allowed per group.
