COACH APPAREL
OMGHA will reimburse up to 4 coaches (1 HC; 3 AC) per TRAVEL level team for their apparel. This includes a hat, a lightweight or midweight CCM jacket (quilted and winter jackets NOT part of reimbursement program), and pant purchased from the OMGHA-approved Lettermen online store.
There is a 3-year lifecycle on OMGHA reimbursed coaches apparel. If you've already been reimbursed for apparel any time beginning with the 2022-2023 season, you are not eligible for reimbursement this year. Coaches who qualify for reimbursement will need to pay for their items upfront via the online store, and then submit a check request to OMGHA for reimbursement. The reimbursement will be paid when submitted via email to the Coach Reimbursement Coordinator, Jason Price. Checks are processed beginning in January 2026.
**OMGHA coaching apparel will only be reimbursed if it is OMGHA approved apparel and purchased via Lettermen.
