OMGHA using Freshdesk to track support requests.

As of Sept 14th, 2013, OMGHA will be using Freshdesk to track and respond to all request made to the email address.

Going forward, all general inquiries, request for website updates, and email communications will be logged and responded to in a timely fashion.

After sending an email to, you should receive a confirmation of the request along with a tracking number.  At anytime you can respond to the confirmation to add additional comments. 

You may also use the tracking number to check the status of the request. The URL is

You will need to log in with the email address you used as well as create a new password on the Freshdesk website.  You may also use Faceook, Twitter or Google to log in, as long as they are associated to your email address.
